Therapy for women, trauma, depression & relationships in Mesa, AZ. Evening & weekday availability. Leads Relationship Recovery Group. Telehealth statewide.
There’s something particular about the weight that women carry, not just the hard events themselves, but the expectation to keep going, keep giving, keep
managing…
I work with women, individuals, and couples who are exhausted from doing exactly that, and who are ready for a space where their story finally gets the full attention it deserves.
I specialize in trauma, depression, women’s issues, and relationship healing. Using EMDR, CBT, and DBT, we’ll work on processing what’s underneath (not just managing symptoms!), so the growth you make in sessions actually changes how you feel in your daily life.
I also lead the Relationship Recovery Group for adults navigating the grief of a
breakup, separation, or divorce, a space to process loss, rebuild confidence, and
understand relationship patterns alongside others doing the same work.
With weekday and evening availability for in-person and telehealth sessions,
starting is more accessible than you might think. I’d love to help you take that first step.
Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, leaving us feeling isolated and uncertain. I understand the weight of this struggle, especially for women and couples facing adversity in relationships, personal battles, or challenging systems. It’s not easy to ask for help, but reaching out is the first step toward healing. In our work together, I’ll begin by showing you that I truly see and hear you. Your experiences and your emotions matter. You won’t have to face this journey alone. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel understood. Reach out today to begin your healing journey.
Accepts Aetna, BCBS and Cigna. Self pay rate $125

Therapy for anxious young adults and LGBTQ+ clients in Mesa, AZ. CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Telehealth available. Free 15-min consult.
Anxiety has a way of making you feel like something is wrong with you, not just how you’re feeling.
I work with young adults and LGBTQ+ individuals who are navigating that exact tension: the exhausting loop of overthinking, the fear of being judged, the sense that you have to manage everything on your own.
My work is grounded in CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness, which are
practical tools that help you slow down the spiral, build self-trust, and start
responding to life rather than just reacting to it. Sessions are warm, direct, and collaborative. I’ll challenge the patterns that aren’t working, but never in a way that feels like pressure.
Many clients tell me they walk out of sessions feeling more like themselves, clearer, steadier, and less alone in it. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I offer a free 15-minute consultation and flexible telehealth sessions across Arizona. Reach out.
Starting is the hardest part.

Trauma and relationship pain have a way of leaving marks that follow you into every area of your life: how you connect with partners, how you see yourself, how safe you feel in the world.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who are carrying that weight and are ready to start setting it down.
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, and relationship healing, using EMDR, the Gottman Method, and DBT to help you process what’s happened and build something steadier going forward. Life can quietly accumulate past trauma, relationship strain, and anxiety that never fully settles, creating the sense that you’ve been managing rather than actually healing.

Anxiety, trauma & identity therapy in Mesa, AZ. 8+ years in behavioral health,
Pepperdine-trained. Culturally responsive care. Telehealth statewide. Free consult.
You’ve probably spent time trying to figure out what’s wrong: why anxiety keeps
coming back, why a certain relationship dynamic keeps repeating, why you don’t
quite feel at home in your own skin. That kind of internal work is hard to do alone, and most people need a space where they can be honest about it without judgment.
I bring over 8 years in behavioral health, including work as a Registered Behavior Technician and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine, to every
session.
That breadth means I understand how patterns form, and how to help you shift them.
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, and life transitions. My approach is warm, culturally responsive, and grounded in CBT and DBT. I’m particularly attuned to clients navigating cultural identity, religious or spiritual questions, and the experience of feeling “between worlds.”
Sessions are available in-person in Mesa and via telehealth anywhere in Arizona. I offer a free 15-minute consultation. Reach out, and let’s figure out if we’re a good fit.

Trauma, anxiety & self-esteem therapy for teens and adults in Mesa, AZ. EMDR, CBT, DBT. Specialized in sexual abuse recovery. Telehealth available. Free consult.
Healing from trauma isn’t just about processing what happened, it’s about rebuilding the relationship you have with yourself afterward. Self-doubt, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, low self-worth: these aren’t personality flaws. They’re
common responses to painful experiences. And they can change.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, and the persistent feeling of not being “enough.” My approach draws on EMDR, DBT, and CBT, not as rigid formulas, but as flexible tools we’ll use based on what you actually need.
Clients tell me they feel genuinely seen in our work together. That this is a place
where they can slow down, stop performing, and start reconnecting with who they
actually are. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and five years of experience in this field. I bring all of that, alongside real care, to every session.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation, and telehealth sessions are available
throughout Arizona. If you’re ready to feel like yourself again, I’d love to meet you.

I understand that emotional health and relationships are important to maintaining multiple aspects of our lives. Psychological pain can lead to a variety of physical and emotional symptoms interfering with our daily functioning, such as anxiety, depression, and relational problems. As a therapist, I am dedicated to assist an individual in alleviating their personal pain, suffering, or difficulties. I believe that every client with whom I work deserves to be treated with personalized care, compassion, and understanding. This perspective helps a client to open up and trying new ways to manage life’s challenges.
Although I provide psychotherapy for a wide range of problem areas including depression and anxiety, I specialize in the psychological treatment of trauma with both male and female clients. Trauma impacts our lives by triggering unpleasant and terrorizing memories, interfering with our ability to be in satisfying relationships with others, and by compromising our ability to manage daily life stressors.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a widely researched and proven approach for the treatment of trauma. Using EMDR I will assist an individual in understanding the impact of trauma in the here and now, managing the symptoms related to this impact, improving emotional regulation to decrease the feeling of overwhelm and/or chaos in their life, and improving overall relational functioning.
