Licensed Counselor 

Serene Mind Counseling is a growing group practice providing trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to adults, adolescents, and couples. We’re seeking an Associate Counselor who values collaboration, supervision, and high-quality client care within a structured group practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual therapy (and couples when appropriate)

  • Conduct intakes and develop treatment plans

  • Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, EMDR, or related)

  • Maintain a caseload of 20–25 sessions per week

  • Complete documentation within 48 hours

  • Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field

  • Licensed or license-eligible in Arizona (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)

  • Trauma-informed, client-centered approach

  • Organized, dependable, and open to supervision

  • Comfortable working in a structured group practice
